Omega Animal Removal Houston

Jeff was prompt, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He found all of the entry points and made helpful recommendations. He answered our questions and easily talked us through the quote. Definitely recommend getting an inspection and quote from this company!

I contacted Omega animal removal because of a squirrel problem in my yard. They called me to discuss the problem and informed me that it wouldn’t be worth my time or money to hire them or any other company because services are typically focused on squirrel problems inside the house. The representative I spoke to explained the difficulty of eliminating squirrels from outside the house and told me several different ways that I could try to deter the squirrels. He said many companies will tell you they can eliminate squirrels outside the house, but the reality is that it’s very expensive because you have to continue to monitor the problem on a regular basis and most of the time they don’t. However, they will take your money! He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and convinced me he was very knowledgeable about the subject. I really appreciated his honesty and the company’s long-term approach in developing customers and their business. I will definitely use Omega in the future!

We had more than one type rodent coming in and out of our attic. We called Omega and Jeff came out who was absolutely AMAZING! He was very thorough on what would needed to be done and truly cared about getting to the bottom of it. He did a great job on the whole process and now I can finally be worry free.

I requested an intimate from Omega after being quoted $2300 from Terminex for mice in the attach. Jeff was kind enough to come out and told us basically that all we needed to do was properly seal our home and that he saw no evidence of rodents. I thanked him very much for his honesty and will definitely call them again when I'm in need of their services. Finally found an honest company

We had a thorough inspection done after we thought we heard a critter in the attic. After spending an hour analyzing the home they determined it’s likely not what we thought and refused payment. It was obvious they value customer service above all. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with my interaction with Jeff, and Omega Animal Removal. Jeff was very patient explaining how they would address our non-family member cohabitating with us in our attic. He identified an issue that would take priority over their solution and positioned this as such to correct things properly at a savings to me. Work was done , on time, as well as all follow up. Their work worked as expected, our invasive pet has been evicted removing on-going familial fear. If you are experiencing the same in your home, you cannot go wrong considering Jeff and his team.

Jeff did a great job taking care of our home. He set up traps and fixed the roof. No more critters. Fixed a huge hole near the garage also. Professional and great customer service. Recommended!
