Charles did an amazing job with our pest control! He is very thorough and makes sure he takes care of everything! Not every technician uses the brush like he did, but he knocked down several wasp nest in the eves and even took care of one in our water softener shed! Is it normal practice for Orkin trucks to just sit in front of people’s homes for extended periods of time? Not long ago, there was an Orkin vehicle parked directly in front of my house for well over 30 minutes. The young man inside appeared to be asleep, which felt very unusual and honestly a bit unsettling. A short while later, I’ve noticed he’s moved over to my neighbor’s house, where another Orkin truck is also parked. He’s remained in his vehicle for some time even now. I truly hope this is the correct location he’s meant to be servicing, as this doesn’t feel very professional and is quite concerning from a neighborhood safety standpoint.

Very thankful with the staff at Orkin, especially Bobi Baker who’s been so helpful. Not only did she help me reinstate services but also get in same day services late in the day. The folks who come out also went above and beyond- explained the service in details and also provided tips.

Fernando is always professional and thorough when he treats our yard. He’s even found wasp nests that we previously didn’t see! I recommend him and Orkin for their pet-friendly pest control for any issues you may have. He always listens to our concerns and then adds to our standard treatment whatever else we may be needing.
