I am extremely disappointed with Stride Pest Control's service and customer support. The Problem: I hired Stride to treat a German roach infestation in my kitchen. After the first treatment, the problem persisted, so I reached out to request a Warranty service under their warranty. Poor Customer Service: Instead of scheduling the follow-up service, Michael the manager became argumentative and defensive. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns about the ongoing infestation, he argued with me instead of providing solutions. Inadequate Treatment Protocol: I consulted with multiple other pest control companies, and they ALL confirmed that German roaches require weekly or bi-weekly follow-up treatments to effectively eliminate an infestation. However, Stride refuses to acknowledge this industry-standard practice. Their one-time treatment approach is simply not effective for German roaches, which are notoriously difficult to eliminate. The Bottom Line: If you have German roaches, do NOT use Stride Pest Control. They don't follow proper treatment protocols for this type of infestation and won't honor their warranty when the inadequate treatment fails. Save yourself the money and frustration - go with a company that understands how to properly handle German roach infestations with appropriate follow-up treatments. I cannot recommend Stride Pest Control and wish I had chosen a different company from the start.

Justin was amazing! We had some nasty wasps build an underground nest and he bravely moved forward with his plan. I applaud his bravery and appreciate his service!

I recently canceled services with my previous extermination company after 30yrs as a client. I had seen several great reviews about Stride Pest Control on the Nextdoor app. so I decided to give them a call. Raul R. exceeded my expectations in extermination knowledge and procedures. He is very thorough, professional and courteous. I look forward to being a client of Stride Pest Control, hopefully for many years to come. Thank you again, Raul. It was quick and easy to transition our pest control to Stride Pest Control this summer. They were able to send someone out within a few days. As Justin was wrapping up, I remembered we had a hornet's nest growing underneath a lawn table and he said it was no problem to quickly remove it before he left. We're fortunate to not have many issues, but I'm glad we switched and can rely on Stride. Ramone was also incredible and went over and above what was meant to be a general service. I appreciate his willingness to help solve a problem that could lead to a bigger problem down the road.

Stride pest control is one of the best! Always communicable, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. Ramone came out today. He made sure all our needs were met and did a very thorough job. I think he may be one of the best they have. Great job!

Clearly a highly community minded company. They are very focused on ensuring their customers get the support they need well beyond pest control. Henry is my tech and he is very diligent in making sure we have sufficient coverage and that he explains what he is seeing around my property. I'm still not sure how I feel about their subscription model they moved to during COVID, but the service is excellent and priced fairly. I'm just cautious around recurring billings in general.

The schedulers are timely and clear. The technicians are always very polite, knowledgeable, hard working, and most importantly to me- thorough! They will always ask what issues I am experiencing and have been able to address it every time.
