I got Bryan & Bryan as a recommendation as we were purchasing a vacation home in the San Marcos area and wasn't sure who to reach out to for inspection. I called to set up inspection on a Saturday morning and the person who helped set everything up was incredibly friendly, helpful and answered my 100 questions. We were able to schedule it for a day that worked for my husband and I to be onsite and the Inspector called to let me know when he was on property and how long he would be there to ensure we had enough time to get there during his inspection. He was incredibly detailed and walked us through the main areas of concern on site so we understood the write up. He also took a ton of pictures to help identify and reference later on. So glad I was referred to Bryan & Bryan, they made everything incredibly turn key

I thought Jordan was thorough in his home inspection and would use Bryan and Bryan for future services. I did find acrobat ants hanging out in a window frame after the inspection that were not on the report, but it's possible the ants showed up afterward. Report was available quickly later that night.
