I had trouble with my garage door for 3 days and spent countless hours trying to research and fix it on my own. I finally threw in the towel and called Overhead Door Company of the Northland. Within 3 hours the technician, Al, showed up and after a quick inspection, fixed my door while explaining what he was doing. He also took the time to teach me a few things and replaced a cable that a previous repair company overlooked. Im more than happy with the service I received at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Al Zerull came to my home and made all of the adjustments to my garage door and added a new keypad. He was very informative and professional each step of the way.

Spring broke after many faithful years of service, called up the original installer of the door in 2014 - Overhead Door Company of the Northland - to get it fixed up. Was told I could be helped the next day between 12-4, no problem. Was surprised when Al called at 9:30 and said he’d be at my place in a half hour. Al made quick work of the job and was great to work with. I’ll be calling again the next time I have trouble with the door. Thank you!

Last winter a heavy duty ice chopper my fault where I put it away next to door by a cable that caused the door rails to Ben and door go way off track ,well Al wasn't sure it could be repaired and to replace would be $ well over a $1000.00 instead Al's experience and knowledge got repaired and for under $375 so when he showed up today I have to admit I was a bit relieved . To start with it all looked to easy watching Al replace to high tension springs in no time at all , this service tech has his work ethics together and today's repair invoice was $125. 00 less than using a coupon with other companies. Thanks Overhead Door of the Northland for great service. I would highly recommend this company and of course Al .

I noticed a frayed cable while doing door hinge lubrication PM work. I called and spoke with the service department, requested cable replacements, and scheduled a next day appointment. Al, the service tech pre-announced his visit and arrived as planed within the promised service time window. A short time later, both door cables were replaced, the main spring adjusted, and operational check was done. Cost of work performed was as estimated. Al the service tech was courteous, answered questions about the work being done and was proficient and practiced at the tasks performed. Overall, a good job and I would recommend them.
