Curtis He did an excellent job spraying for mosquitoes. Very professional, thorough, and polite. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly, and I really appreciate the quality of his work. Highly recommend!

Tenants told me they saw bed bugs. They even asked another bug professional to come in, paid them, and they said we had bed bugs. Well, Highland, whom I used a few times in the past, brought in the dogs. These dogs can sniff bed bugs on the spot. They went through and BAM! No bed bugs. Just goes to show you that all pest control is not created equal. I slept only 4 hours last night thinking I had bed bugs. Thanks, Highland! You saved my week.

I hope this message finds you well. Whoever this driver is, he’s reckless and shows no regard for others on the road. There have been far too many accidents lately in the Clinton area many of them fatal. As I was getting onto the exit, he was speeding, tailgating me, and almost side swiped me because he didn’t time it enough a car was coming on the right side of us, and once he got around me weaving in and out of lanes, only to end up stopped at a red light like everyone else. All this with my son in the car very frustrating. Please remind him that safety should always come first. Even if he’s running late to a client, he still has a responsibility to drive with caution for his own sake and for others.

Jordan came to do my service today & was the kindest & most professional person I’ve met in a long time. He allowed me to do a complete walk-through of my home so that he knew what areas to target. Highland does a wonderful job with my home and is super thorough. I live near parkland so lots of things find their way into my home. The techs are all also so nice! If you're having pest or rodent issues this is your company. They devise a plan and then implement it completely. And they're as thorough with their maintenance as they are when they're tackling an active issue. And their follow-up communication with you is A+. Our technician is Jerome, and he's great! But truthfully, the culture of the company is so solid that I'm betting all of their technicians are awesome!
