Great service using non-toxic pest control treatments. The technicians have been easy to work with — good communications. After a lot of rain we needed an extra treatment and Natran sent a tech the day after I called them. Highly recommended!

Establishing service and scheduling treatment was quick and easy. Our service tech arrived when promised, kept me informed, and answered all my questions. After researching companies offering mosquito treatment, Natran was the only pest control service that offered such an extensive and guaranteed service that is safe for people and pets. Additionally, every person that I have come into contact with has been knowledgable and very customer service oriented. They checked all of the boxes!

UPDATE: For the owner of Natran Green Pest Control I have been told the same things you are saying several times. There is nothing else you need to learn. The service was not delivered and I was charged for months. The resolution is for you to refund every penny you charged me. When I reached out to your team, they could not even keep their word. This is why all the communities need to know the scam business you run. I am not upset about the money. I am upset about the lies, deceiving behavior. I do not get the refund by tomorrow, I am going to file a legal complaint and everything else I am entitled to. They are running a citywide scam, taking money from customers while failing to deliver on their contracts. Do NOT trust this company. Cancel your contracts, dispute their charges, and warn your neighbors. I am pursuing every legal and public avenue to expose this business and hold them accountable for this blatant theft. Austin deserves better than companies that prey on our community with lies, fake service reports, and predatory billing practices.

They have been great. Charity walked me through everything as she did our estimate. Came back and did everything they promised. Like the fact it is safe for our dog.
