All Termite & Pest

I've had Jeff work on our house over the past several years. He is very knowledgeable and does thorough inspections. When we first purchased our house we had extensive termite damage and ever since working with Jeff we haven't had any issues. He does excellent work and is honest. He is also very reliable and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend!

I needed to treat a small termite problem and researched local termite companies. I saw that All Termite had multiple 5 star reviews. I read them theme checked out Next Door; same result, multiple happy customers. I called and Jeff was able to come out the next day. I showed him the problem and he asked if I wanted a complete inspection or just a partial inspection. I asked his opinion and he said based on what he saw, a complete inspection would be optional; I said not necessary. Despite this Jeff still looked in the attic and said all clear. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work, didn't charge me for the inspection and came back the next day. Jeff explained the process, chemicals and completed the treatment including applying Bondo to the damaged areas and touching up with primer. I was so impressed with Jeff I asked him about monthly pest service. He said he recommends every other month should be sufficient. He walked the yard and noticed old rat/ squirrel traps. He said he would haul them all away as they become nesting areas for more rats. I now have regular pest service and I couldn't be happier! It's a rare gift that you can find a vendor that's honest, timely, professional and just a really good person.

Meliza and Jeff and wonderful to work with! They communicated with me throughout the entire job, keeping me up to date on the fumigation process. I did tenting/fumigation of my property and they were quick to schedule, thorough and accommodating to my schedule. I've worked with Jeff in the past at his old company, and followed him to his new company because he is so great.

We had an extensive termite problem in the back of our home between the roof and our back patio. Jeff (The owner ) came out and did a complete inspection at no charge. He explained what had to be done, and that he himself would do the work. Has it turned out, we needed to have wood replacement on part of our roof and our patio. He did a beautiful job with reconstruction! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you, Jeff.

Called Jeff when termite droppings were found. He responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, did the remediation, and then repaired some wood damage all within just a few days. He had a splice in 2 pieces wood that were badly damaged. The repair is so smooth, I can’t even tell where it was done. All Termite and Pest is definitely my go-to.
