We have been with Triple L for 20 years. Our first technician, Starr, serviced our home for about seven years including during a remodeling/ small addition. She made sure that treatment for termites was done prior to laying the foundation. Now, we have Ryan for the past year. He has been extremely punctual, thorough, and competent. He shows initiative by observing our home and finding/removing wasp nest from exterior of second floor bedroom that we had not noticed. He is very knowledgeable identifying ants after telling him of what we had used ourselves to try and rid our yard of ants without luck. He applied an ant bait even under our hummingbird feeder. . Travis is an amazing technician! We’ve been using Triple L for over a year now since we bought the house. We always get a courtesy text with the date and time of arrival. Travis is very honest when we have questions about the property and what’s best for us. We have several animals at home and 3 of them are dogs that go outside. We noticed their water bowls were flipped over and their toys were put in the safe place. We are very happy with this company and our technician Travis!

Ryan is always so personable and professional! We have used Tripple L for years and have no complaints! They constantly worked with me on scheduling until I could nail down a set day in the month that worked. Anytime I needed to move my appointment, they did so with no complaints.
