We had a great experience with Glen and Elliott. Glen was very accommodating and prioritized us into his schedule. He walked us through exactly what he will do to resolve the issue. He was always available for questions. He did not take advantage of us for the situation and didn’t try to market/sell us on things we didn’t need. He just took care of the situation and educated us. He does honest work and I would recommend him and his company for anyone.

I have used Buggs Pest Control several times. Glenn and Elliot are always so professional and kind. It is wonderful to support a family-owned business. They arrive on time when scheduled, and their work is efficient and accommodating to whatever your needs are. It is always a pleasure to have them and I appreciate their great work very much. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. I am a Rideshare driver and a passenger made a false claim of bugs which made my vehicle unqualified. Buggs understood my predicament, squeezed me into their schedule, and had an inspection done within two hours. Friendly, reliable, and professional service. I highly recommend .

I called buggs pest control on a Saturday afternoon and the phone was answered right away! Glenn gave me his personal number to send him a picture of what we were looking at. He then immediately called me and told me what the problem was and how to fix it ourselves! I’m really impressed by the personal approach and the fact that he didn’t use any pushy sales tactics on us. I would absolutely use buggs pest control again!
