A True "Bee Whisperer" and Environmental Expert! I cannot recommend Reif Environmental enough. When a massive bee issue threatened a serious project for the USCG/Navy, taking over a running generator, I gave Kevin Reif a call. His immediate knowledge and calm demeanor were incredibly reassuring. His first piece of advice—to simply wait three days—was startling, but he knew exactly what he was talking about. Like magic, the bees vanished on the morning of day three! However, when the bees surprisingly returned that same afternoon (and, humorously, seemed to have moved a deeper into the generator!), Mr. Reif did not hesitate. He came out immediately. On arrival, he didn't just exterminate them—he safely and expertly removed the bees using a vacuum and container, ensuring they were relocated to a better location without any harm. My technician, Davis, treated the house, inside and out. He was very personable and friendly. He even offered to take off my trash! Of course, I said no, but the offer was really touching and most appreciated. Thoughtfulness goes a long way in good customer relations.

Davis was punctual, knowledgeable & personable. He was happy to answer all of our questions about the safety and efficacy of the treatments and provided tips to reduce the likelihood of any unwanted bug guests over and above the quarterly treatments. He followed up after our service and made sure that we were satisfied. The pricing was very competitive and there are discounts for referrals. Great locally owned company. Highly recommend.
