Terminix

Richard was here at our home today doing our termite inspection. I cannot put into words how kind and knowledgeable he was! If someone came from every company that was as kind and nice and proficient as he is, life would be wonderful! He has restored a sense that people are good and really do care in life! I’m thinking about changing our pest control back over to Terminex just so he can come here and see us every three months…that’s just how lovely he was! They are sure lucky to have him as a representative for Terminex!!!

Richard is a very nice and warm friendly person who absolutely always does a great job always a phone call to follow up or before never a disappointment. We are so pleased with the service from Richard, our Terminix technician. He comes for our quarterly and yearly visits and pest control, and every visit he is professional, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Richard at Terminix has been helping our family and our dogs Gemma and Leeloo to keep our home bug-free for over 2 years. He’s always friendly, professional, and super respectful of our pets. Gemma and Leeloo love seeing him, and we appreciate how careful he is to make sure they’re safe and comfortable during treatments. Terminix has competitive pricing and I really like how they come quarterly for pest control and will come out more if needed. I like Terminix’s baiting stations for termite evaluation. Richard has been great since the very beginning. He’s personable, timely, efficient, and overall a great ambassador for Terminix. At first I was nervous about going with such a large company but because of the service that Richard has provided I won’t be going anywhere else.
