Six Brothers Pest Control

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. When we started out they guaranteed us that our yard would be fire ant free, not once in their service was it. We were overrun with ants and any time I expressed my concerns to the techs they would assure me it'd be taken care of yet never was. They also refused to go up into the attic when I said I thought we had a possible infestation up there and they almost always refused to treat the inside of the house even though I asked them to because I had kids and animals even though I was willing to put them away. We were on automatic billing for over a year and suddenly they stopped billing us then sent us over $100 bill because they stopped billing us as they had been for well over a year. I tried to call the office no less than 8 times, could never get someone, would leave voice-mails, including voicenaiks saying we were no longer using them, and no one would call me back. My husband called a few times and told them we did not need their services any longer and they STILL did not cancel our services. After a month and a half if not two months I FINALLY got ahold of a Kathy in the office who said she remembered my name from voice-mails and didn't remember why it wasn't canceled but she will cancel it now. She showed no care when I said I was unhappy with the service and rushed me off the phone. I cannot say it enough, don't waste your money. I had ONE treatment from a competitors company and the next day my house and yard was SO much more bug free than 6 brothers had it in over a year.

I had to unfortunately get my home treated for bed bugs upon returning for a work trip that brought them into my home. Of course not knowing what this process was like or what to expect I was frantic and most companies prices were sky high and no one would explain to me what this process would look like . I called the company and they broke everything down to me. They sent Clint out to do a free inspection where he was super kind and pretty hilarious. He told me what the risks were and walked through every room of my home . We set up a plan and he came back and treated them home . I slept in my bed for the first time last night since the treatment was done and safe to say whatever he did worked . I’m beyond grateful for this team and what they did and their fantastic service . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Friendly, efficient and professional, they always answer when I call. Very timely but also flexible. Mr Clint worked quickly but was very mindful about pets and children. His attention to detail and knowledge of expertise was as much appreciated as his friendly banter. Very family and pet friendly! 10/10 would recommend.

First off, they arrived 15 min early which was fine by me. Detailed and clean work! Clint was extremely attentive and patient. Very polite and calm. He addressed all my concerns and needs. Any questions I had he was more then happy to answer. He is extremely knowledgeable and has 15 years of experience so he knows it all. I would highly recommend using this company. I will continue using them moving forward. Thank you Clint!

These guys have been so deceptive with me. The salesman told me they can do a treatment for me that was a deciding factor for me switching to them. The tech came out the next week and said their treatment wouldn’t be very effective. Now, they’re offering lawn treatment to folks for the same monthly price I’m paying, but they’re asking me to give them another $50 to come out and do it. Do yourselves a favor and sign up for Core Pest Control. That’s what I’m switching back to. Never had any bugs in my house and they genuinely care about keeping your business.

Our technician was on time and was super respectful. He even removed his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in the house. He was very thorough and found where the bugs were coming from and treated that area. I was very pleased with the work done today and would definitely recommend Six brothers to anyone who needs pest control!!!

The salesman soliciting customers in my community was obnoxious and RUDE! We have posted no solicitation signage in our neighborhood but this guy was going door to door anyway. After I asked him to stop based on our posted signage he became difficult. He told me "I would have to call his boss to get him to leave" but then refused to give me any contact information for his supervisor. I asked him for the name of the franchise owner for the Charleston SC location and this salesman told me, "I don't know. That's above my pay grade. " I asked again for contact information and he told me "to Google it to find out for myself." What a horrible way to try to bring in new customers to a new business. I did take his picture for documentation purposes. If you want to avoid being talked to in a rude manner by an obnoxious salesman, avoid this guy.....by the way he also refused to provide me with his name too.
