Highly recommend Dugas Pest Control and Marc Bravo! He has been treating my house for almost a year now. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He has always been easy to contact, and scheduling treatment appointments is stress-free. As a new homeowner, choosing a pest and termite company was essential, but overwhelming. I sincerely appreciate the recommendation given to me by a family member to call Dugas Pest Control, and recommend their service and Marc Bravo to any homeowner.

I reached out to Dugas Pest Control and spoke with Daniel Hill who came out to do my initial inspection at my home in Mandeville. I originally had him inspect for insect control but realized I did not have termite protection. After his inspection he stated I had no signs of infestation but with no termite control on property he recommended to take advantage of their current discounted pricing of their Sentricon System (40% cheaper than any other quote I received in previous 12 months). Today, they sent out one of their technicians to install the system and I received an email with the technicians picture the day before with several calls to confirm appointment — great service thus far. Installation was clearly explained by Marc (technician) before he began the installation and only took about an hour. Overrall, Dugas Pest control came in with the best prices and best service. It’s a family owned business with great people. I would definitely recommend them!

Very friendly and informative. They were able to send someone out the same day and figure out what was going on in my attic as well as offer me an affordable solution. They also send you a picture of who is coming to your house so you know who to expect. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem!

I had a bee hive inside my facia boards and in my house I left a text over night since it was late and I got a call in the morning from Daniel and he was here early in the morning for me!!! These guys are so professional. They even sent an e-mail ahead of time with a picture of the service technician who was coming to my house. And their mosquito treatment worked so well I was able to sit in my backyard this summer for hours without a single bite!
