Veteran friendly, Integrity Pest Management is a business I would recommend to family and friends. We have been calling Randy (the owner) for our pest control needs for over 10 years. An exceptional young employee names Neamya preformed today’s pest control application. His outstanding customer service is apparent when he greets you at the door. He answered all my questions about the products he applied around our house and yard. If you meet this young man, I’m sure you will see what I mean. Thank you Randy for giving him the opportunity to work for you. I look forward to seeing you guys throughout the year.

I spoke with the owner, Randy on a Friday evening inquiring about services for an ant infestation in my home. He was so friendly and down to earth and happily helped me with an estimate without pressuring me. After calling other pest control companies, I immediately called Randy back because not only did he offer me a better price, but he didn’t treat me like I was someone he could sell something to. I called after hours the second time and left a message expecting to not get a call back until 4 days later as this was the beginning of a holiday weekend. Randy called me back soon after and set up a service for me the next morning. The next morning, the technician came out on time and listened to me, explained everything very well and did a wonderful job at getting rid of all of the ants in and around the outside of my house. He was also such a kind man, just as Randy is, and had nothing but good things to say about his boss and the company as a whole. I am so appreciative to them both for helping a mom of two boys out in a jam, I can’t even put it into words. I am so happy I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control.

Every interaction was Very Professional, from the initial phone call (Randy) to the Pest Contol Technician (Nehemiah) arriving at my door. I didn't realize I was speaking with the owner (Randy), he patiently explained the service options, price options, scheduling availability and he even took the time to recommend what would work best for my situation. I didn't feel rushed, he was patient as I made my decision. Randy was even able to get me same day service... on a holiday weekend. Nehemiah was on time, courteous, dressed neatly with the company uniform, professional work boots and a great attitude. I basically received old school customer service in 2025! I had been calling around all morning; I encountered everything from outrageous price quotes, long hold times to arrogant service Reps. Call Integrity Pest Control...they are their name. ..do not waste time.

Met the owner Randy, at Safeway yesterday. Was making a Joke about Pawn Stars. We chatted briefly, and we told me about his company. I told him I had an any problem, he said he could fix that. Went to look his company up and very happy to see the 5 star reviews. After a bad experience with a pest control company when we first moved here, I feel better knowing who to call now.

The service I received from Integrity Pest Management was Top-rate, from the administrative, customer service side to the actual service from the Technician, this is a very stand-up, and reputable Company, and if I could give 10 stars, I would, thank you Mr. Randy, Ms. Christina, and Mr. Jeremiah, my technician, for a wonderful experience!

Integrity is a great name for Randy's business. He just came out and gave me a thorough inspection that alleviated many of my fears. On top of that he was super informative and never tried to sell me anything. In fact it was me that brought up the subscription service that he offers. Many kudos to Randy and his business ethics !

I have had Integrity handle our pest control issues a few times over the years and have had such a great and easy experience each time. Everyone who has helped me has been kind, honest, and professional. They show up on time, are polite, and patient with all my questions.
