Had a great experience here. Very nice lady in the shop. Her and another employee helped me understand my pest problem. I came in clueless as to what pest problem I had. Now I even know how to go about dealing with other pests. God forbid I have any other issues but if I do I will be back. 🙂

these people will keep messaging and harassing you for leaving a review definitely dont recommend plenty more options out there. People here are rude.

called Merlin Pest Control on 11/12/2021 to exterminate a unit they that have preciously treated since we had a new tenant. I spoke with Brandy as I had preciously done. I told what I wanted. She said the fee was $70.00 but she would charge what I usually paid. Brandy called on 11/24/2021 to collect payment. I gave her my debit card number and asked her to send me a receipt. She emailed it to me. To my surprise she ran my card for $215.60. I reply and told her that I thought she was changing $59.29, the amount I have always paid. She did not respond. I called a few times. No answer. I finally got through. The owner got on the phone and start yelling at me and told me that he was tearing up the paperwork. I could hear paper being torn. He told me that he no longer wanted to do business with me and was sending me a check for $215.60. He said consider this free and he does not want anyone calling his company from this address. I sent a email to inquire about the check. No response. Brandy was quiet and she know what we discussed. I told Brandy in my email, I would have never agreed to pay $215.60 to have this unit spayed.

Merlin's pest control is the best when it comes to insects and mice I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my pest issues very professional and polite and prompt

I called Merlin after seeing one of their trucks on the road. While they don’t handle the type of pest I’m dealing with (chipmunks), the man I spoke to gave me very good advice on how to take care of the problem myself. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind to take time out of his day to assist me. I’ll be saving their number in my phone for any future problems I have.

Brandi was great!!! Very understending and kind.. Wish I could say this about the end resuls of using this company for bed bugs. I hired Merlins for 8 mos to eradicate this problem. .. Paid faithfully. Costing me. 7 - 800.00 . Im on disability and still stuck with the same problem. I was told by the Owner of this company. that I didnt have bed bugs!! I was looking dead at them I felt highly insulted and ripped off!! So Im letting you kno. If you have this problem with bed bugs and have limited money. Dont waste your money or you're time with Merlins.. In the end if the problem Isnt solved.The Owner wiil search for more excuses than solutions..
