Rottler Pest Solutions

Suddenly began seeing bugs in my home mid September! I immediately dialed Rottler; chose them because I saw great reviews. Although I had to cancel my initial appt, Rottler was very gracious in getting me rescheduled. Upon arrival, Kyle Wenner my tech, was understanding and patient with me considering my angst; super helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy I chose Rottler and I am looking forward to a bug free home again!

These guys really had my back and I appreciated them. The first visit I had was very disappointing and I had left a review for the team about the worker that had come over. I was honest and clearly upset (I hate leaving bad reviews) and I honestly was going to give up and cancel my subscription with them. About an hour or so later, I’m assuming the manager (Mark/Matt) called me and was very apologetic about my visit and really wanted to make things right. He said two of his other guys saw my note and immediately called to let him know and offer their services to come back the next day free of charge. I was hesitant but accepted the offer for a return visit in two days as long as it wasn’t the same guy from the first appointment. A BIG Thank you to Zac and Nathan!! I really appreciated them coming over and helping solve our wasp issue. Taking the time to observe, find out where and how they’re getting into our home and providing sound advice on what we can do on our end as well as setting a plan for when our next visit should be was everything I was hoping to get from the initial appointment. It was great getting to meet them both and learn together. I also appreciated the extra time taken to cover the bathrooms that were missed from the first visit and for re-treating the basement. And special thank you to Matt/Mark (sorry I can’t remember your name), you were very kind and empathetic over the phone.

Brandon was prompt arriving when scheduled. He was thorough explaining inspection and explaining options verifying if bed bug infestation. The K-9 inspection team arrived the SAME DAY three hours later to confirm all was clear and no further services were needed. Both gals, with beagle inspection dogs, were kind, educated, and also thorough in their inspections allowing me to feel comfortable of no further threat. They are the best pest control I have used in my 35 years or property management experience!

Ahren always does a thorough job, is knowledgeable and friendly. He knows our house well since Rottler keeps very good consistency with technician coverage. Thanks for the great work!

Grateful to Rottler and my pest technician Kirkland Johnson for helping me with a cockroach problem in my home. They set me up quickly and were able to come address the problem on the first visit. I felt very comfortable with Kirkland in my home and he educated me and pointed things out about my situation. They sprayed same day and haven’t seen a cockroach since. I would definitely recommend them and this technician.

Kyle W is absolutely amazing. He’s been servicing my home for the last few months and he is so attentive and also has awesome attention to detail. I texted him a photo of a wasp nest and not even 30 minutes later. I get a notification stating that he was on his way he is a great value and asset to this company. He is the reason why I will always have service with this company.

Emily Dotson was amazing! Very friendly and I couldn’t imagine having someone else come into my home. She’s very sweet and would recommend her to anyone who is having problems ‍↕️
