Bobby came out did An amazing job I didn’t feel ashamed for needing assistance for my current situation he made everything feel very open. Very informative. Helped me find maybe some peak spots that I could reach out to my landlord about and some ideas that would be really great for me to just have the environment that I wanting. Along with making sure that I am able to take care of my household properly. Told me everything I need to know about a follow up and even more. I truly enjoyed his service and his assistance with this job and hopefully have him again as a technician.

I’ve had many experiences with a variety of techs from this company, ranging from the fantastic to lackluster. (That latter was only once, and he is no longer with the company.) By and large, their mission has been a resounding success, especially when it comes to the highest priority: Keeping at bay the dreaded Brown Recluse Spider. I’ve been overwhelmingly happy with their success, and have almost always felt like I was getting the best of care. And then this cat named Bobby showed up. Bobby had a compelling aura about him the moment he walked through the door. He was super polite and engaging, and jumped right in by asking me what my chief concerns were. Let me repeat that, by and large, the techs with STL Pest Control are knowledgeable and thorough. I already felt like my home was getting the finest quality care in the local market. Bobby changed my perception straight outta the gate, raising the bar to an all-new level. This man went out of his way to hit those hard-to-reach spots, pointed out problem areas and offered advice on how I can fix them, and even offered up some fantastic insight on what makes Brown Recluse activity spike. Bobby has re-affirmed my commitment to contracting with STL Pest. What an asset.

Bobby was amazing! He explained everything to me in detail and walked me through what to expect over the next few days. He also gave me really helpful tips on preventive care moving forward. I really appreciate his service, professionalism, and knowledge on everything. Highly recommend!

I scheduled service with this company and I must say that the technician name Larry was phenomenal. He provided excellent customer service, explained everything, and was very thorough. This was a rental property and he was even great with our tenant. I would highly recommend this company especially if all the employees are like Larry.

Craig has been serving our location for the entire time I've been here and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable of the issues that we have had here. He is always nice and courteous EVERY time that he visits our establishment. I highly recommend him!!! You WON'T be disappointed!!

Top notch service from Larry! I've never had someone come out and pay so close attention to detail while treating my home. He treated my entire home as if it were his own . Very pleased and grateful to have had him as my tech today.

Lee was so great and friendly! He introduced himself, asked me about any problem situations to be aware of, then promptly got to work. As a first time home buyer it’s nerve wrecking waiting to hear what may be roaming around the house. Lee provided me a full report of his inspection and set some traps - left me feeling confident in the service provided. STL Pest Control came highly recommended by a family member and it’s obvious why! I will continue to use for my quarterly treatments.
