Worst Pest Control ever experienced. The service woman stole my property off of my back porch. She knew we found her number through a background check with a mile long wrap sheet. We called and also texted her the picture of her leaving my property with it. The following Monday it was back on our porch with a word salad of an apology note that didn't make any sense. I have reported it to the Sheriff. The company has no remorse and do not want to see any of the proof. Be watchful of your property, you never know their background. Bye Terminex.

Terminix came out A MONTH AGO and I’ve never been more disappointed with a company. They left the traps just laying out on their side (see picture). I called the technician every 2-3 days to say that the traps were still out and never installed. He promised that he would personally take care of it then wouldn’t. I would call again and it would be the same thing. After about two weeks of this, we called the main number and they said someone would call to schedule an appointment to get the traps installed. We’ve now had to call that number again because no one has called us and no one has finished the job they started. They have charged us for a month of service, yet have not provided the service. We keep getting the run around and no one will come. I am a very patient person, but a company cannot say they will provide a service, charge for said service, then leave the customer with incomplete work. They now promise a free pest control spray, but we will see if that happens. I have zero faith in their work now. How can I trust that they filled the traps with bait or that they will come and refill the bait when time comes? Everywhere we live we use Terminix, but now I HIGHLY recommend using someone else. Anyone else.

Guerchon has been coming to my home for quite some time. He is timely, easy to get in touch with, friendly, and when we need him for additional service, he is always there. He is by far the best service provider we have had to date over the last 22 years of owning our home. I am so thankful to have him and I tell him all the time how much we appreciate him! Having Guerchon has a Representative makes it very clear to me that Terminix goes out of their way to find employees that will represent them in the best way possible!

Terminix service is by far the worst I’ve experienced among Florida vendors. I’ve had terminix fumigation and subterranean treatment with yearly inspections and treatment for several years now. Despite this my home had a reoccurring termite infestation and it’s been fighting tooth and nail to get these people to do anything at all. I have shown them pictures of live termites (after they inspected and said that it was all clear), damaged wood in my ceiling and fresh termite frass. Kyle Rourke, the manager of this location is totally unresponsive to any communication. I pointed out a termite carcass to one technician and he actually told me that it was ants (I also have a pest control plan with them with quarterly treatments). For anyone considering terminix, I would advise for the sake of your home and your sanity, find another service.

Worst company ever!!!!! We got our house tented because of dry termites. The guy, regional manager for Broward, called Wilhelm working for Terminix didn’t inform us that for the tenting job they are using a subcontractor. So the subcontractor named Specialized Pest or P Specialized was a company out of Miami with such bad reviews, saying not careful, lots of damages, inconsiderate… Guess what happened… lots of trouble with the subcontractor. The tenting company broke several things around the house like the A/C drain line and a hose connector outlet. Things like this can happen, sure thing. But not mentioning it???? Worst thing, they drained all the water of most of their water bags to weight the tent in our pool. Those bags were crazy dirty and also a lot of debris ended up in our pool. Doing so they destroyed our salt water cell and our pool water was done, cloudy and green, total nasty. Total damage about $800! Not talking about the hours we spent to fix everything. When we came home 2 days after the tenting treatment, we immediately called Wilhelm to complain and inform him about all the damages. He tried to explain that he is not in charge for this as it was a subcontractor, bla bla bla. However we never signed anything with the subcontractor, just Terminix. We are trying to get in contact with Terminix for weeks now, but Wilhelm is not responding, just texting that he will forward the complains asap. The whole communication with this company is very annoying and upsetting. No customer service at all, they just take your money and playing games! In my option this company is not trustworthy, hiding important details about subcontractors and denying responsibility.

I’ve been receiving pest-control service from Terminix for several years, and technician Damion Harriott has been truly exceptional. He is consistently diligent, always arriving on time, and goes above and beyond to ensure every service is thoroughly completed. Damion has also built a great rapport with my tenants, all of whom have given him rave reviews for his professionalism and courtesy. He is a real credit to Terminix, and his dedication reflects the highest standard of service. Highly recommended!

Our technician, Guerschon, was friendly and thorough and arrived in the time frame he’d texted. He greeted me and went right to work, then showed me what he’s done and how he’d addressed specific questions we’d had. Guerschon completed everything efficiently and pointed out things to watch for. Excellent service.
