They spend too much time with trying to get you to give up email, phone number and personal information than just getting the tools.
First time visiting today. Needed a respirator for hobby painting and not wanting to trust the internet I went to Grainger. Joe helped me out and was outstanding. Had me consult with a support expert on the phone to understand my needs and exposures, got me what I needed at a reasonable price, and was above and beyond in terms of his friendly demeanor and customer service. I will go back for any other safety items I might need now all because of Joe, he really made my first time in a Grainger store more than what I expected. Thank you Joe
