Normally I do not give bad reviews. I just let it go, but I was lied and not once did they bother calling to apology. If there was a negative star that's what I would put for them. The sad part is I was recommended by a friend. She had really bad roach problems and she said Paramount sprayed her home and got rid of them. So I decided to call them and give them a chance. I called and left a message. They didn't call me back, so I called and Amy answered. I told her my situation with what I call apartment cockroaches. She said not the big bugs outside that look like big roaches. I said no, not what I call june bugs and others I think call them sewer bugs. She asked if it was just a one time, 6 month or 12 month. She told me if I decide to do a 12 month I wouldn't need to pay the fee that is normally paid up front and it will be $45.00 a month. I told her it would be the 12 months. She said okay. I told her that Carlos was recommended. So she said Carlos will call me as well to make the appointment. I did receive a call from Carlos and I told him the same thing. I told him I've seen a few cockroaches in my kitchen. I explained they were not the other bugs. So he said okay. I took the day off so he can come out. I thought he was going to spray. When he came over we started talking and he told me that the fee would be $250.00 to do it today and $55.00 a month. I told him that's not what Amy told me and I was not going to pay that fee. If Amy would of said that from the start or Carlos over the phone I would have never scheduled the appointment. I took the day off just so he can come and give me a different answer from what Amy said over the phone. I asked my friend that recommended me if she ever paid that amount and she said no. I will never, ever recommend this company. I am very disappointed. I did call the office and left a message because they didn't answer and she never called me back. Very unprofessional.

Not happy with the service! Asked for the pest control guy to come back for a second spray because we couldnt spray for both the first time. He said ok, never showed up. He said he called but never recieved a call or voicemail the night before. Come by when they arent suppose too. Gonna cancel the contract once over. You get what you pay for thats all I have to say!
