What I thought might be carpenter ants turned out to be just that, so I called multiple pest control companies. Most of them wanted me to sign up for a treatment plan before even inspecting. This company was the only one willing to come out and inspect first without pushing a plan. After the technician checked everything, he told me that since I had already sprayed the affected area, I didn’t need any treatment. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism — they earned my trust!

A bunch of horribly trained "professionals" is the best way I can describe this company. Mosquito sprays will slip right off the leaves because the techs over blow the foliage. Services cancelled with false promises for call back, and much more I can go on about. I’m confident these guys weren’t trained for longer than 4 weeks maximum. I’ve seen technicians speed through treatments in 15 minutes for large properties. Too much money for such poor quality work. Oh yeah if you have wasp nests, go ahead and remove them yourself. These guys will miss them 4/5 times. Management really needs an overhaul when it comes to their process for ensuring quality. Do not and I repeat, DO NOT use these guys! They promise a reduction in bugs, but they might as well cuddle up with the critters and sing by a campfire! However, you insist on using these guys, at least ask the techs to present their license and say how long they’ve been treating innocent people’s homes. Customers deserve quality not TRASH!
