I would give Jason A. Bergeron a 6 star review. He took time to explain everything to me and was not at all prideful or pushy. I commend his manners and respectful approach. He was a good representative of Dodson. Actually, I have been a Dodson customer for more than 30 years and have never had a disappointing encounter with any technicians.

New customer and the difference between Dodson and my previous exterminator is already apparent. Pricing is reasonable with a variety of plans available. Donald did a great job of explaining everything. Christopher did a superb job with the first service and it's great to have an assigned service technician. Glad to be on board with Dodson.

I have been a customer of Dodson Pest Control for years. They have always been very attentive to any of my needs. I am very pleased with their efforts. Yesterday, Franklin Brown III provided a scheduled service appointment. He did a great job, friendly, courteous and was extremely thorough. I am very satisfied with the service he provided. I would not have expected anything else. They have always been there for me. Thank you. You are the best and I highly recommend Dodson for any of your pest control needs.

Dodson has been caring for our home since we moved here in2001. The people are great, the service is outstanding. Dakota Todd is our current tech - courteous, conscientious and well spoken about any issues we have. thank you Dodson for all you do for all of us - being good tenants of the land as well.

Frank Brown has been taking care of my pest control service for years, and he is very comprehensive in his work, complete w/ removing the cobwebs! Further, he offers great 'pointers' on how best to prevent pests from entering the house, particularly through tiny, unrecognized (by me) outside fissures. Moreover, he knows his science about the composition of the spray he uses. Very impressive. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Jason L. Sturm did a great job as always! Thank you Jason for always being aware my dog goes crazy if he hears you and you always are very quiet and get the job done quickly. Frank is always pleasant and willing to check into and take care of any specific issues I have. Love how well he cleans up all our yucky spider webs!! We have used Dodson for years and will continue to. I had a horrible and scary experience with one of the pest control companies that go door to door. Dodson will never do this and they don’t have to because they provide good, consistent service to their clients.
