Mosquito Squad of Kansas City

We’ve been customers of Mosquito Squad for almost 10 years and have been really impressed with their customer service and attention. Very easy to communicate with and schedule or reschedule as necessary; and very intent on making sure we’re happy with each service visit. Definitely recommend them!

I was able to speak with the application agent this morning. He gave thorough directions stating what he was going to do and how long it should take. He was very nice and articulate. Thank you so much for helping to keep our home free of insects and pests.

After years of not being able to enjoy my deck after mid-May without a lot of bug spray I decided to try Mosquito Squad for a summer and I have been happy with the results. After several applications I noticed a big difference and have been able to enjoy the back yard (when it's not too hot). They let me know when they will be coming out and I can let them know if there are areas that need special attention, though I didn't need to do that. I would recommend them to others.

I waited a couple days to make my first report here. It has rained quite a bit since Keith came out but the bugs are still keeping out of our area. There are a few, sure, but it’s like the end of November when there aren’t enough to even be annoyed. Keith was amicable and professional and got the job done right! I am shocked at the effectiveness of this treatment! Living in a lake community with so much water, I had my doubts but I’m becoming a believer as you read this!

We’ve had a great experience with Mosquito Squad! It’s our third year using their services. Maurice was our most recent technician and always did a thorough job—he was friendly, professional, and made sure we were covered. The office staff has also been great to work with—scheduling is easy and communication is clear. Most importantly, we haven’t had any mosquito issues since starting their service. Highly recommend!
