Ehrlich Pest Control

Contacted this company for wildlife removal. They required me to pay almost $1,000 upfront for the service, which they claimed would take about 10 business days with multiple return visits due to trapping that needed to be done. Today is now day 27 since they were supposed to start and they have not done any of the work nor have they come back a single time. I have called their customer service line at least 4 times and have been told over and over again that I will hear back within 24 hours, which I obviously have not. Do not use this company under any circumstance, and if you absolutely must DO NOT pay upfront because there is no guarantee they will actually show up and do anything. The only redeeming quality about this company is that their customer service reps were incredibly understanding and respectful. Update: the manager of the regional branch called me not long after posting the review. He was extremely respectful and and helpful and we were able to create a resolution.

John Jones my NEW Terminex technician went above and beyond for us here at Keny Boulevard Estates! He is extremely professional and has a wonderful personality! I have just started working with John, on a monthly basis here and to say I am impressed is an understatement! Thank you for your hard work John! I highly recommend John Jones with Terminex.

We've been using Ehrilch for several years at the Library. They are quick to respond and their services is excellent as we have seen very few pest because of their monthly services to our facility. Troy Hancock is one of the responsive reps I've worked with from their company. Previously Josh, was our rep, which was several years ago. Another great thing about this company is the longevity of their staff. something you rarely see nowadays.

Kory is our regular Ehrilch rep, comes through usually every other week unless we need more immediate assistance. He's friendly, professional, and efficient. He's exceptionally knowledgeable about his job and is always more than happy to explain what he's doing to either me or a customer. I've found this helps ease the customer's concerns and generally leads to a better experience overall for a problem nobody wants to have to deal with. 5 stars simply aren't enough, I'd give more if I could.

Three stars because while service always used to be consistent, I called to be put on schedule today only to be told that they have no more openings for over a month... The service I pay for guarantees that I can get a technician out in a timely manner, whenever I need one. Two or even three weeks is acceptable, but over a month is outrageous. Might be time to get a new provider.
