Tanner Harlod is great!!…he’s been servicing at brewdog for a couple years and you guys are thee best. I’m usually here when he gets here and the job he does for us on preventing any bug issues is exceptional. He’s the tallest most quiet giant I have ever seen . Real cool dude.Thanks you guys and here’s to another great year!

Caleb is a great rep for us at Sunny Street Cafe! He always checks in first thing to see if we’ve had any problems. He’s very thorough and professional!! We are super happy with his service!

Our service technician, Stephen, is always professional and a pleasure to have in our bakery. He always greets the staff with kindness, conducts his visits efficiently yet thoroughly, and addresses every concern- no matter how big or small- with exceptional care and attention. We truly appreciate the time and effort Stephen puts into each service visit. His dedication gives us peace of mind, knowing that any issues will be resolved promptly with care.

Caleb has done an amazing job each time he has come into my work (duchess gas station). Everytime he’s come in no matter the time of day or whatever issues we have he’s always kind & respectful & will always do extra spraying or traps when we ask, he has a great work ethic & has always treated us staff & our customers with kindness & respect. Ever since we switched to Terminix, our restaurants have had the best service. We had a review today with 2 representatives to ensure we stay pest free. They went over areas that need more attention, and gave advice on the best way to keep pests out. They also showed up first thing in the morning. Fast and friendly service from educated and professional representatives.

Randy's superior knowledge on all wild life is so extensive! His manner is kind and calm. He is loved and respected by all who come in contact with him. He is one of my favorite people. He does his job as an exceeds worker every time. No complaints ever!! 7/2/25 Randy does the most excellent work! The pests are gone and the attention to detail is appreciated so much! His service is very professional and effective. He always takes time to to explain how he is expelling pests and answers my questions! Randy is the best!

Jeffrey is the tech for my storage facility and has been excellent with addressing any concerns I have. He is super friendly and easy to talk with and has been the best tech scheduled for my location to date.
