Hugo is the best! We started using Intech 4 years ago, and have consistently had our home sprayed for pests. Hugo is friendly, reliable, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. We moved homes a couple of years ago and brought Hugo with us! Such a delight working with this professional and affordable company. Highly recommend!!

Entech Pest Control bought Guaranteed Pest Control. I expected the same level of Professionalism. The technicians stayed the same and are very diligent especially Auggie. However, apparently the "guaranteed" part is NOT the same. The Manager and owner do not call or show up when they say they will. Yet, I have been paying full price for the past 2 years and still have a serious problem. ISO a Pest control service who will answer the phone, call back when they say they will, and show up when promised.

My condo had roach infestation, he came in sprayed his treatment around the property and within a couple days all I saw were dead roaches. He came again 3 weeks later and did on more round and said the infestation has collapsed.

This is a well overdue review regarding the excellent service I’ve received from Hugo at Intech Pest Control. He came to my home the end of last year an exterminated it for spiders, which helped a great deal. I also, used his services many times at my previous home. Hugo was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional! I highly recommend Hugo,! Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed! My gardener was cutting my yard today and yellow jackets were coming out of the ground an one sting him. I will be calling Hugo tomorrow to set up an appointment .

I must say that when I give this Business 5 STARS.. He really deserves 5+ stars. Hugo is the best pest control I have worked with. We had a property that was so badly infested with cockroaches and we had 3 other business come out and we never got the results that Hugo has done. I am happy to say the property is rid of that pest problem. The neighbors that complained to the city about our building, stopped Hugo and expressed how happy they were saying that they don't even see them on their property anymore. If you want someone who really cares about his work, Call Hugo. he explains everything and tells you why this and why that happens. He is very professional and very responsive. Hugo is fantastic! He is so responsive and knowledgeable. We have been struggling for years with so many spiders, silverfish etc and I found out the big pest company was spraying "anti repellent". So basically attracting the bugs to us. No wonder our neighbors don’t have issues! In 2 months Hugo has made such a huge difference.

Hugo's services is excellent! The treatment and his follow up services are incredible. I've had roach issues for a whole year and it was frustrating. As soon as Hugo came in, instant results. I was stunned by what I saw on how the products worked. Definitely recommend his company for Pest control.
