I’ve had an excellent experience with Terminix, and I especially want to recognize Mark for the outstanding service he provides. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every step of the pest control process. I had a great experience with our Terminix technician Luis. He arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was very thorough with the inspection and treatment, and made sure to address all of my concerns. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Terminix did a really good job at my work. Our technician, Luis, was very thorough and helpful with all our concerns and questions. He was efficient and would make sure to let us know what he is doing and the reasons for doing so! We hope he continues helping us!

Luis Moran is very helpful, hardworking, and thorough with his job as our Terminix rep who comes regularly to check on us. He successfully got rid of the rodents inside our facility and he gives us advice on what to do to keep them out of our facility. He is friendly and courteous with good customer service skills. We are lucky to have him as our regular rep.

This review is long overdue for Terminix, and especially for our technician, Brian Cutajar. Brian keeps our yard free of pests and webs, and on those occasional hot days when ants try to invade, he will come inside to take care of them as well. He is always very pleasant and professional. We’ve been with Terminix for several years now, and Brian has been reliable and consistent every single visit. He communicates clearly, shows up on time, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and make sure everything is handled properly. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our home and yard are protected year-round. We are truly thankful to Terminix for keeping our property pest-free and highly recommend their services—especially Brian—to anyone in need of dependable pest control.
