We use Hollister Pest Aid for regular pest control but recently we had an infestation of flying termites. Juan did a super in depth investigation and found other locations with evidence of termite activity and recommended renting. Juan was very thoughtful & thorough in assessing the bug situation, providing detailed information and answering all my questions with patience & knowledge. He communicated the proposed treatment plan & options well. The office seems well organized with the customer portal & ease of scheduling. I scheduled my initial treatment for 6 days later. Juan & Rene were great! Very thoughtful & thorough with the bug treatment. Again, I appreciated their overall patience & support, providing information & answering questions. So far, the indoor bug population has decreased a lot! I know the bug critters are prone to re-emerge, so I am glad HPA does a 14 day follow up!
