Very happy with this company and even more with our specific exterminator Brice! He's treated our previous home and now our current home and he always gets the job done and resolves any bug issues we may have. Which is thankfully very rare since we get our quarterly treatments. 🙂

Josh was responsive and actually remembers previous conversations had with my husband and I regarding our concerns. That to me is very impressive. They are on a whole other customer service level. He also gives us good recommendations on what we can do to eliminate the issues we have been having. VERY happy with this service!!!!

Joel Manning is very professional, polite and has great customer service. He explained what was done and ask if I needed additional treatments. He explained what I may see for a few days, and also explained that they would come out immediately if I saw a continued problem . Very pleased with my technician and the service I received today. Unfortunately the service that was provided to us was a very poor experience. We have a very bad roach infestation due to the previous tenants of our apartment. The exterminator came out, did his business within 5 minutes, and then was done. He kind of just left puddles on the floor and that's all, and left a little roach medicine in only one of our two bathrooms. He didn't even do much. He assured us that the problem would be fixed within the week, but that they would come back again in 2 weeks to do another sweep of exterminating. It has been a week and a half and our roach problem is actually getting WORSE. We are not dirty people. We keep our kitchen clean as best as we can and other areas of the apartment are kept tidy as well. We have tried calling multiple times to ask for the exterminator to come back again, but we have not been able to reach anyone, nor have they called us back. Lastly, and the biggest issue of all, we paid in full with cash (and did this in front of our camera just in case we needed to prove it for any reason), however, the next day my debit card was charged the exact same amount of money (I don't even know where or how they got my card information) and it was an unauthorized transaction. We are very upset with our service and the customer service provided. They were quick to take our money TWICE, yet the roach issue has not been resolved, it is worse, and we're not able to get in contact with anyone. We are very displeased!

I had a horrible problem with tree roaches at my previous house in Galveston. A visit or two from EcoNet and they were completely gone! It was so wonderful to be relieved of such frustration! Then, when I moved, I was able to transfer my services to my new house, where they’ve been excellent in helping us deal with spiders and all sorts of other bugs. I love that if I need anything between my scheduled visits, I can call and have someone come out to address the problem. They’re profession, responsive, and effective. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience. My technician was professional and the treatment was done in a timely manner. He also gave great advice about their other products once he was done with his work.

Eco-Net is family owned and that genuinely shows. They have the most sincere owner and employees. I can’t believe the service they provide for an incredible price! Best pest control company in Houston by far. You won’t be sorry.
