Benjamin is an empathic expert on pest control. I recently had him spray for spiders. He’s punctual and professional. He will give you an eta if you ask. Benjamin understands your needs and will find the best solution and give you information on how to follow up with care. He always recommends a timeline and what will need to be done in the future if the problem persists. We only have him come once a year because we have a small space and we rarely see any spiders after he comes. I always hire Maxus Pest Control for my pest issues and he always provide customer care and support.

When our pest control service would not do what was necessary to catch a critter in our home, Ben did! He came & set traps & caught a rat & helped us to seal up all of our roof vents so we won’t have this problem again. He’s knowledgeable & determined & very reliable. We discontinued our prior pest service & hired Maxus and couldn’t be more pleased.

Ben is great. Addresses our concerns, and lays out a plan to get the job done. We had any attacks every morning in our kitchen, and that's long gone now. We were also getting bitten up by spiders, and that is gone for the most part now. I highly recommend this local small business compared to a big corp.
