Let me start by saying the technicians and the work they all do is impeccable and I'm very happy with all of them. However, the billing department is a complete disaster. When I call the support number and select the billing option, I'm routed to a regular customer support agent and cannot be transferred to a billing representative. I request a billing rep call me back and am then told it could be up to 48 hours for them to call me back. I had their termite stations installed at the end of last December and at that time I paid for the installation and also for 1 year of "monitoring". They normally charge a monthly monitoring fee even though they only really check the termite bait stations once a year. Instead of paying a monthly bill, I paid for an entire year at the end of 2024. Starting in September, I started getting an invoice stating that I owed the monthly monitoring. This happened once before and I had to remind them I paid for a full year and they adjusted my account. Now, it's happening again and it's really difficult to get in touch with the billing department. I'm so frustrated and annoyed.

Jeff is great! He has been the person I have dealt with since I’ve had the termite bond. He comes later for us so we can make it after work and more convenient. He’s fast and nice too!
