Remedy Peat Control is literally the best Every house I've purchased, I've had the pleasure of using Phillip for initial services and he always remembers me. He does an exceptional job every time! The customer service is also top tier as are their prices.

I had scheduled an appointment with Remedy Pest Solutions on a Monday from 2:30-4pm and Phil came out and handled our pest problem. We initially were not home at the time he came but he did call us and we said we were on our way and he started on the outside and we showed up and he was able to do the rest of our house. I wanted to share that story because most companies may say "no you're not here and we will charge you the service call," but Phil and Remedy Pest Solutions were able to accommodate for our absence and because of that they got this review and gained another customer. I used Remedy Pest Solutions, LLC for squirrel exclusion services and I highly recommend them. Mike was very customer focused. He delivered quality work on a timely basis for a very reasonable fee. I interviewed a number of companies to address my squirrel invasion and Remedy fees were substantially less then some of bids received. Mike quickly built trust in his knowledge and abilities to solve my problem. He then delivered on his promises. The work on closing the entry points for the squirrels was done carefully and blended in nicely with the existing soffits on my gables. You need to get a bid from this company if you need squirrel exclusion services.

Used Remedy a year and a half ago and the service they provided eliminated the problem immediately. After a few months, I slacked on continuing the service. Fast forward to current, our problem came back. Without thinking I got another company (name starts with a T and ends with an X) to come address the problem. After having that company with 2 different technicians at our home 3 times in under 2 months, the problem not only didn’t go away, IT GOT WORSE. I called Remedy, Phil came over within a day or two and addressed the problem. It’s been 5 days now since his visit and zero signs of the problem. They’ve got my business from now on!!!

Mike treated for termite prevention. He explained everything well and even went above and beyond by assisting with a pest matter that we weren't paying for with advice and an inspection. I loved the no pressure sales when talking with Phil. Some other companies tried to bait us (pun) by saying its $xx when can we come out tomorrow. Phil said "here is my paperwork. Here is my number. Think it over. Review the warranty. Get back to me if and when you wanna sign up." Prices were great (by far the best around) and the treatment method is the most effective, from all my research.
