Easy to schedule on line. The representative was on time, very polite, told me what he was doing, checked fabric content of chair and rug,. When done explained how long to let it dry, when to vacuum. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall excellent experience.

Our Zerorez technician was AMAZING. He explained all of the services thoroughly, as well as, gave his own recommendations without the pressure to "upgrade services" as some other companies do. The carpets are cleaner now than when my daughter moved in to her apartment. I've never been more satisfied or impressed with any service I have ever hired!!

Lucas called, said he was on his way & arrived 2 p.m. & very friendly. Showed him what rooms. Explained everything. Had the stain protectant added. Was very please with the bedroom stain of essential oils he worked on - he said he went over it several times & tried a few other options. Will look better as it dries.

I’d originally made an appt for a later date, but ended up calling to see if they possibly had something sooner. They were able to accommodate me and found an opening a week sooner than I’d expected. Juan Rodriguez, the tech that showed up to do the work, had called prior to his arrival, and his estimated arrival time was just as he’d stated. He’d apologized for the late evening start time, but I understood that Thanksgiving is just a week away and had anticipated a late night. Juan was very respectful and kind and finished as expected. I’d be glad to welcome him back to do more work. We’d had carpet in our living room, a hallway and one bedroom cleaned - we have 3 dogs and our house smelled like the dogs that lived there. After Juan’s efforts, our house smells and feels so much more fresh, we’re so happy with the results.

He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, what areas would be covered, and answered all our questions with care. His attention to detail was impressive—he was thorough throughout the process and even reviewed his work with us once everything was completed to ensure we were satisfied.
