Connor came out quickly for an inspection regarding squirrels in our attic. He looked around the perimeter and up on a ladder at the spots we suspected they were entering. He gave us great advice to help prevent squirrels from getting in. I was impressed that he did not try to make it a bigger job and gave us suggestions for how we can fix the problem on our own. If the problem persists, he has offered to come out and give us an estimate at no charge since he has already been out for one inspection.

I ordered "Animal Removal - Raccoons, Live Trapping" service ($500/week) for raccoon problems in my property. My security camera recorded two raccoons frequently visit my lawn. One raccoon was caught on Thursday (Oct.2.2025) morning ~5:40 when I go for workout. However, the raccoon escaped from the trap around 6:30 when I return. I brought it up with ecoPro on Thursday. But I did not get any explanation until I asked them again at the end of the service period. I was told their trap works fine and raccoon escaping from their trap is a rare situation. One raccoon was caught later in the week (along with some possums that I don't care). If there is no escaping accident, both raccoons would already been resolved. Guess how they address their accident? I talked with the the ecoPRO manager but the manager was not willing to come up with any measurement to make up such incidence and maintained their trap is fine. I asked if they are willing to offer me $100 discount for a 2nd week service (original price $200. I won't need to do a 2nd week if the first raccoon did not escape from their trap). They said $50 discount is the max they can offer. I wish I could receive a more proactive communication and next step planning after accident happens. I wish such accident won't happen again for another ecoPRO customer.

We were hearing noises in our ceiling and figured it was some kind of rodent. We found Wildlife Solutions on line, called them and requested a technician. Michael came out, figured it was a rat, and set several traps. He caught the rat the first time. He came back 3 other times to check and recheck the area. He quoted us a price at the very beginning and that’s the price we paid. He was very polite, and efficient. We’re grateful that we called this business.

Michael was great! He inspected for mice, rats, and snakes. He advised and treated for all as needed. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He even identified a couple other issues that we were not aware of and treated those accordingly as well. We highly recommend.

Had squirrels getting into the building. Professional and reliable. Ryan and Conner were great to work with, thorough with their work. Will use them again if needed and do recommend ecoPro WIldlife Solutions.

Michael with EcoPro Wildlife was wonderful! Took a look around surrounding area for possible entrance points and successfully removed an opposum and a raccoon. Upon completion of the job sealed the entrance hole up. I would highly recommend him for any wildlife pests you need help removing!
