Very personable and professional. The gentleman knew his information about how to handle pesky situations. I admired his honesty and frankness. Took care of my needs within the first day as well as a follow up the following day. Tremendous individual then I’m very pleased with the company, I highly recommend recommended.

As a first time client of pest service, I am very impressed with how informative Frank was. Not knowing I had many bug problems,(wasps, black widows, etc) he educated me on my issues which i wanted to fix IMMEDIATELY! Gilbert and John did a very quick, thorough job and were very quick!! (:

We had their regular pest service for years and it worked fine. Recently their service has turned to completely non-existent. We paid extra for Japanese beetle service. They came, claimed to have done stuff, all the beetles were still there. And they were still there a week later. I texted them, called their call center but could never talk to anyone local. The centralized call center said they left a request for the local manager to call me. They never did. I called again. Was promised a call again. No call. I emailed. No response. I left a one star review for the service. No reaction. The first line person booked them to come fix their work. I gave very specific instructions where the beetles were since I couldn't be home at the time of the service. They came and CHARGED ME AGAIN, even though the first time was completely ineffective. Worse, the second service was just as useless as the first and we still have all the beetles. They will never return your calls, so if there is any problem, it will never get fixed. Edit: One week after I emailed the address they gave, I've received more empty promises but nothing else. It's as if they've ended their operations and are no longer in business.

To update my previous review. . Isaac promptly returned to address a small area that was previously overlooked during the initial service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quick turnaround truly stood out. I appreciate the quality of his work and the courteous manner in which he handled the touch-up. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the overall experience.

BEWARE! Terrible company with a scam contract that uses a high-pressure door-to-door sales tactic. EcoShield will not honor appointments, will refuse to provide services, and will charge $250 cancellation fee and threaten you with their billing department despite EcoShield breaching their contract. I've had multiple appointments in a row where they have canceled for no reason, shown up at my door for rescheduled appointments at the wrong time, and refused an inspection due to my residence being a "rental apartment" when it is an owner-occupied townhouse that they had visited at least three times before - including going door-to-door to sell me the policy in the first place! I had to threaten them with a lawyer to get them to waive the cancellation fee after they canceled a third appointment in a row. And the best part was I still had spiders even after they sprayed the interior and exterior of the house. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! PS - they sent an email blaming me as the customer for agreeing to the service contract that they failed to honor, stating it was a "gesture of goodwill" that they waived the cancellation fee after they breached their own contract. EcoShield continued to email me after I told them not to contact me again. This company will harass you and blame you for their poor customer service. You can see in their review reply below that they are still acting like they did me a favor by not charging me the cancellation fee after they failed to honor their own service agreement. They are blaming the customer as if I didn't understand the terms of the agreement, when the actual problem was their failure to show up for confirmed appointments, terrible communication between the office and field team, and refusal to inspect and treat my home. Their 100% guarantee means nothing if you can't get them to show up to treat and inspect the house at the scheduled appointment time. Don't sign with them!

I had my 1st and last service today. I’m very disappointed after the Techs left. (I wasn’t able to get back from getting milk for my grandkids) So when I got back I checked the garage where the Black Widows were found. There were still many egg sacks. That I had to get someone else to come out and remove. So I no longer need your people anymore. Since the job wasn’t done. I paid up front for your services. Which left me paying another bill to have the egg sacks removed! This is not how you get a customer, or keep him! Very poor way to do an older, great grandpa.

Dylan did a great job today! He brought all 4 boxes over so I could see him do the service! Of course all boxes were empty! 2 were broken and needed to be replaced! After he filled each box up, he put them back together the way they are supposed to be put back together! Two were not put together right in the first place! I appreciated Dylan’s hard work today! I feel like I got what I paid for! I would love to have Dylan do my service from now on! He knows where all the boxes are! Plus he did his job!
