Mark, the NW Exterm. Professional came to our home at 41610 N. Emerald Drive in Anthem. Mark was JUST GREAT in working with us and showing our termite issues. A FINE young man!! And ALITA on the phone in the BILLING dept. was ALSO wonderful in explaining to me our policy situation and the CHECK that I had given to Mark when he was here on ( believe) July 2. BOTH of these FINE, FRIENDLY, and THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL folks are to be COMMENDED for their great and cheerful service for Northwest Expermination company. Mark and Pam Sibley in Anthem here. Enviropest does a great job at keeping those pesky intruders away. Collin did an awesome job. He addressed my concerns and was friendly, courteous and thorough.

We have had 3 different young men here that are trying I get rid of our ant problems. Each one of them has had a different story to tell us. Rather hard to figure out who is right as the ants are still here. Beginning to wonder if anyone knows what they are doing

These guys came to my house and then announced they were out of the smart monitor equipment. Fine. But then they charged me for it anyway. I called for two days and no one ever called me back. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Do not start service with them if you want to make sure you don't spend over $200 consistently when you're not giving permission for them to come to your home. When they checked in via text I let them know we didn't want service, yet they still showed up and would not refund us the amount for the service. On top of that we continue to have problems with pests that never got better from the few times they tried.

Matthew checked out all the traps & replaced where need. No rodents found. Feel confident that all of the followups have been handled well from all of the visits.

They provide great service and respond quickly when a problem arises
