Autumn was fantastic! Very friendly and thorough. She was very mindful of what needed to be done and did a great job. A valued technician, they should give her a raise. Plus she wore a really cute Christmas hat. That counts for customer service.

Renne did a fabulous job at our home. He was respectful of our home and items inside the house. He cleaned the webs under our eves and the patio posts. He spent enough time at our home to finish his work. He communicated with us what he was doing and how long to wait before watering and cleaning our floors. He communicated with us about the time that he would arrive even though his route was going a little longer, calling us allowed us to run an errand before he arrived.He left us a video at the end of his job telling us what he did during his visit. Jenry was wonderful...thorough, on time, professional polite, neat, helpful and performed a perfect service on the very day I called for service. The initial fee was remarkably reasonable! I am happy I signed up for 18 months of service, and I know that if a problem arises, I can call in between scheduled service calls to get help as soon as possible.to help.

I am so happy with Brooks pest control. They come out quickly for assistants on what you need done! Just an added bonus with their tech William helping us out. Right when he came to the door this morning he had a wonderful smile, great energy, and encouraging that the job will get done to my satisfaction. He was wonderful!

Great customer service. The entire team is courteous and listen to all concerns to address them accordingly. Jose (the technician) is great - listens, takes good care of any problems I may be experienced at the time of service. I appreciate his communication when he sees a problem that I should be aware of. Richard took the time to answer all my questions and gave me information regarding the process to eliminate the pest. He also walk through my home room by room to assess my area of concerns.
