He has checked back multiple times sending photos and giving advice. Within a few days we started experiencing positive results! He quoted me a flat rate that was reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and he came the following day! He followed up in person four times to ensure he didn’t miss anything and ended up finding another nest and handled that one in addition to the initial reason I requested services. I appreciated the attention to detail and communication.

AJ was professional, walked me through the entire process, and worked around my schedule. Aj explained the importance of making sure the outside was taking care of to deter pest from coming inside. He was able to fill in the cracks and holes on the outside to keep pest at bay. He also went above and beyond taking care of the basement and attic inside of the house. Peppermint did an amazing job at my house in Shirley. We had a really difficult bee problem that they handled swiftly. I've also had them handle roaches and rats in some of my multifamilies in Worcester County, and they've been truly excellent there, too. There's nothing scarier than seeing work orders for cockroaches, and there are few things better than being able to close them out after a complete resolution!
