Mosquito Joe of Cincinnati

MJ has been spraying our yard for two years now. While we still have an occasional mosquito or two in the evening, the difference has been monumental! Today we asked for extra attention around our back porch areas and we were extremely pleased with the service provided! Thanks so much for exceptional product and employees who go above and beyond. We are very very satisfied customers!

We are really happy with Mosquito Joe! We couldn’t even use our yard because of how bad the mosquitos were. We needed help and they delivered. It was like a magic mosquito fairy made them go away. Now we can enjoy our yard!

Edit: 2 weeks later, they retreated twice and while no one was home when they showed up, they just as well could not have retreated. It’s as bad as ever with the mosquitoes, they are not only all over the yard but in the house now as well! Not worth it, they do NOT make a good job, unfortunately. Mosquito Joe never again! We have them the 2nd year and many times we had to call them for a re-treatments. This year it’s worse. I work from home snd see them hurry through our yard not even going back to the tree line and being gone within 3 minutes They promised to re-treat the yard 10 days ago. On Friday they said we were on the list on that day. They again didn’t show up! It’s just miserable and we’re definitely done with them. So frustrating.

They are thieves!!! 2x they charged me when they never came out. The supervisor didnt even have the nerve to call me back and had some one from the office email me that their GPS system says they came. I was charged again for their service this past Tuesday 9/23. I work from home and my office has a straight shot view of our driveway and street. They were not at my residence yesterday and I was charged. They are liars and thieves!! I will be calling you in the morning and I want to speak with someone who can help me get my money back. I will continue to thrash your entire company any chance I get until mosquito joe company makes this right amd admit they lied!!

My back yard holds water and was a mosquito heaven. I started using Mosquito Joe mid-summer last year and all of this spring so far. I am beyond pleased, I can go out and enjoy my deck without being run in the house from mosquitos. I get a text when they are on the way so I can take care of my pets. They spray as instructed. I’ve have seen one lone mosquito this year!

Mosquito Joes has been wonderful to have a a regular mosquito extermination service. This is our 4th year with them and we have been spending a lot more time outside since we are no longer getting eaten alive by mosquitos. I would recommend Tasha A as a service provider- she is very consistent and sends a reminder text to make sure we bring our dog inside on treatment days.

It’s a pleasure going outside and not worrying about mosquitoes. Those nasty little bugs have left my yard thanks to mosquito Joe. They show up on time and notify me when they’re on the way Pleasant company to use. Highly recommend
