Your technician (Jason Riley) had a nice attitude and did a great job inspecting and treating for termites at our residence. I gave him 5 stars. Several days ago, I stopped by the address listed on your invoice but nobody was there to take my payment. Please provide your new address. I would like to change the annual service time to month of May. Please schedule it accordingly. Thanks, M. Farzam

We have used Mid South since 2018 when we moved in to our home. Everything has been great up until this year, where they would not return phone call or respond to email. I have my anual termite inspection/service and quarterly through them. But I have been unable to even get anythin scheduled since June. I feel so bad for recommending them to my friend because they are experienced the same issue and has pre-paid for their quarterly service.

I have made payment for brand new contract in marion ar may 2024, and I have three properties that I’m current on and I cannot get return calls or confirmation of this years 2025 policy inspections. I have worked Steve boozer for ten years and now the company is not serving ark and I can’t get return info regarding my fees and contract.

Before I moved in, this home was badly infested with fleas, roaches, mice, ants and sevetal other bugs that couldn't identify. . Each service call seems to be turning it into a low- to -no pest home thanks to Mid South Pest. They do offer great service. Thanks Tom and staff, A loyal customer indefinitely

Used this company since 2019. I was a quarterly customer and had a great experience for a long time. Until recently when they stopped answering and returning phone calls. I’ve called 10 times. Left numerous voice mails and even attempted texting a tech twice, as well as sending an email to the company with no response. If this is the way they treat long term customers, I suggest you save yourself the headache and search for reliable pest control.

Does not return my phone calls. I have left numerous messages. I have just now put in a call with the plant board that oversees pest control regarding my complaint

We were VERY happy with our technician, LaMarcus. He was knowledgeable, explained to us what he was going to do and he was nice, courteous and professional. In this day and age, it was so nice to deal with someone with actual manners. Out of 10, I would give him an 11.
