Natura Pest Control

Tyler was awesome. He called ahead of arrival to let me know how far out he was. He also was respectful and asked if he should knock on the door before proceeding or if he preferred that he just get started, which I really appreciated. He just did his work and was on his way without me having to do anything!

Jeremy was wonderful when he stopped over at our house yesterday. He explained things well and was very polite & friendly. Liam came today to do the actual spraying and was also very nice and knowledgeable! Great team & great service. We are happy to have found Natura! Thank you!!!

I don’t normally subscribe to the pest control service and had no intention to when Ryan knocked on our door. (Although it is hard to say no to someone out hustling the old fashion way, door to door), after saying no several times, I asked Ryan about his future plans. Turns out he was a returned missionary. I love the sacrifice those young men and women make in the name of serving something bigger than all of us. So I signed up. When Lium came to perform the service, he found two huge wasps nests. Haha!! They were about 7 inches in diameter. I signed up not for the value of the product, but rather the people, and ended up with both!

Mason, our technician, was on time, professional, well spoken and very comfortable with speaking to our associates. He went above and beyond my expectations!! I would highly recommend Natura and especially Mason for any extermination needs. Plus, my communication with the office was great as well! I was planning on sending an email to his supervisor stating the same. I am very happy with the overall experience!

Calm and professional, Liam clearly let us know about his procedure and went about his business in a crisp but calm manner. We felt very comfortable around him through the entire process of treatment. Once done he made sure to thank us and closed up everything behind himself. It was very nice dealing with Liam and we hope to see him again for your company's ext visit.

Liam was polite and seemed to do a good job. I thought the service was a little pricey at 550 for 1 year and 4 quarterly visits. But I have to keep the wife happy and get rid of the wasps, ants and spiders. They said it was kid and pretty safe. I guess we'll see how effective it is. The service guy was professional and friendly

Bobby was punctual and thorough in his visit to prepare our property for winter pest control. As always, very pleased with this company and their employees. Its not a one foot wide barrier, they treat from the roof of my home to the outer boundary of my property so only beneficial insects and small animals I want get to survive. Since signing up with Natura Pest Control our home has been pest free!
