Very rude and umprofessional, after prepared the house for 2 days removing valuables and food then moving to the backyard one of the the refrigerators to preserve perishable and froozen food, from the appointment schedueled at 8:30AM they show up at 1:00PM without even advise of the delay and jeopardizing my weekend and a booked flight. They tent my house but the amount of gas they pumped in was probably probaly neither enough for a 1/3 of the volume. I counted a little more than 5 minutes opened valve of the poisoning gas cylinder, my home is 4300 sqf. Half an hour after I left the garage internal security camera give an alarm and I discovered that they left the garage door opened behind the tent, the wind moved the tent and triggered the alarm. I advised them immediately but nobody went back to close the door. Once I was back at home I found 2 termites alive on the flor of kitchen and in the living room. 3 months later I found again termites droppings under a wooden furniture and in the garage. They were subcontracted by Truly Noleen, but obviously the Truly Noleen agent didn't told me that they were subcontracting this company. They're definitely scammers, AVOID THEM!!!

STAY AWAY from this company! Dishonest, unethical, unprofessional and just looking for profit over clients. We tented our house not even a year ago, and when the inspector came over, he was 100% sure it was drywood termites, just by looking at the living termites visually. We trusted him and paid $1,600 to tent the house. When they tented, they did damage some tiles, but since I didn’t take close enough pictures, it was nearly impossible to prove it was them… and on top of that they made you sign a document they are not liable for anything... So I decided to let it go. However, since the inspector mentioned we would have a two year warranty, I kept one catchmaster from our attic in our attic with few of the termites we had, so I could see over the years if we had some again and if they would be the same or not. Just few months after, we saw living termites again. We called the inspector to leverage our warranty and this time, he played dumb / clueless. He took him 2 minutes to determine / certify it was drywood termites the first time (no collection or lab review needed), but this time, he had to collect samples and have them analyzed. I provided him the catchmaster with the old and new termites to show him it was exactly the same, but he kept saying he had to analyze it. The results came back and it is Asian subterranean termites, that we are not covered for since we paid for drywood. So basically we paid $1,600 for nothing since they tented for drywood while it was Asian subterranean. Their first diagnosis was wrong, so was the treatment, so they don’t want to be accountable for any mistakes. They sold us the most expensive service and took advantage of us, and it didn’t resolve our issue. I’ve been discussing with their customer service and they don’t help, and won’t even recognize they made a mistake last year. They just want to sell us another service!!! Just stay away, they don’t care, they don’t take care of your property, and just want your money. Be careful with their dishonest sales techniques !

This was the biggest rip off of my entire 18 years in Miami. They are thieves. I was charged $675 for a rodent removal. I could have paid for $800 for my entire house (1300 sq feet) to be tented. I feel totally taken advantage of. When I tried to speak to a manager and ask if they could possibly give me a complimentary bug spray around the perimeter, I was told they would charge me another $100. I am just sick that I paid these preying thieves. Please, do yourself a favor and do not regret like me. Do not call for their services.

Unbelievable how unprofessional this company was in tenting my neighbor’s house. We live in a very close boundary line community so when the neighbor’s house gets tented, our house is essentially going to need to work with them to get the job done. Also, when boundary lines are literally on top of each other, respect is going to need to be of prime importance for obvious reasons. When I came home to see what these crewman left behind, I was utterly appalled, as was everyone else who saw it with me. I’m a very rational, reasonable person so I expected there to be plant death from the tenting that touches the house. That’s not what I’m writing about here. I also expected the crew to NOT leave behind trash in every direction, from the tape they used to seal the tent, including tape wrappers, empty tape rolls, crumbled up balls of tape, water bottles strewn about, etc, etc, etc. They left piles of dirt kicked up on our walkway, scalloped landscape edging being knocked over, thereby causing exorbitant amounts of dirt and aforementioned trash being blown into my pool. They apparently dragged sand bags around the yard leaving white chalky stuff e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e, including lines all around my tiled pool patio and literally going down the entire driveway & even down the length of the street to where they parked their cars. All of this was inexcusable. I was mind blown when I came home to this type of disrespect. They treated my property with zero care and in fact acted like complete pigs. I would never ever ever ever ever recommend using this company because if they hire men that treat your property like this, who knows what else they’d do. I’m not shocked at all to read another reviewer say that their house was robbed after hiring ‘1st Solutions’ AS IF solutions are what they specialize in when PROBLEMS are what they brought to my home. Unreal honestly. Unreal.

The staff came on time, they were very courteous and respectful. The price was better than 3 other quotes that we got from other companies. I dint loose anything, they handled everything with care. Great job!

I spent close to $300 to have our yard and perimeters of the house I side and out sprayed. We had a serious ant issue with a few roaches here and there. This company came to spray and the incident got WORSE! If that’s even possible. We saw more roaches and more ants. My husband went to Home Depot and bought the sprays they sell there and that worked better than this company! Sad that I spent so much money. I called and complained, they’re going to send someone else out here again. I would pay a little more for another company that actually works.
