Had a termite inspection of a manufactured home that I was interested in buying. The inspector went through the home looking for termites without using a flashlight. When asked I was told that natural light is better for spotting termites. I have to disagree with that comment. I was a termite inspector in Arizona for over ten years and have found termites with a flashlight in places other inspectors missed, especially in textured ceilings. Paying what I did for an inspection, this is not what I expected. To top it off I didn't even receive a report stating what was found, I was only sent an invoice.

My inspector used this company to inspect for termites. This company said no evidence of termites. I then had two other companies inspect for termites both found evidence of termites. So now after my renters have already moved in I will have to pay for a fumigation and hotel for my renters. Avoid this company, it could save you thousands.

They are always on time and very professional....been using there service for tears and always happy with them. I use them every 3 months for pest control...it works ! No unwanted bugs in our home ♡♡♡

This company saved our lives!!! They consistently set the bar so high. We unfortunately are moving out of state, if we were staying they would be our go to for forever. Mike is amazing!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, CHEATS AND ARE FRAUDULENT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANIES THAT YOU CAN USE.
