I read many great reviews about parkway pest service. All of them were great and made me comfortable to seek help with them and they Didn’t disappoint. David was quick and Punctual in his appointment, he came within the expected window and gave me updates about what to expect in the next few days. He was very professional and polite. Ruth was very pleasant When I was trying to get an appointment, she helped me with treatment options and went through calendar that work for both of us. Awesome service highly recommended.

Al was here early, explained everything about my Yellowjacket hive removal, then went to work. Great job, totally removed nest. UPDATE 4 DAYS LATER: Turns out the nest was bigger than realized and tons of yellowjackets continued to enter the hive. Fortunately, the tech who came on follow up, Danel, was determined and thorough. He found a second exit and enter point and saturated both with a green pesticide and covered up both openings with dirt. Within 24 hrs and ever since, no Yellowjackets. Thanks Parkway and especially thanks to Danel. PS. Second visit was under warranty at no additional cost. USE PARKWAY, YOU’LL BE GLAD.

The team at Parkway Pest Control were great to work with. After leaving a voicemail after hours, I received a reply from them first thing the next morning. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Our technician, Steve, did a great job promptly remedying the issue and explaining both the cause and preventative measures to ensure that it does not happen again.

Olando was a phenomenal worker! He was able to identify the cause within a minute and resolve the issue in 5 minutes. Very responsive with questions and a great work ethic. Would highly recommend!

Harold H always very through and always asks questions to make sure he takes care of everything that needs to be while he is here. This is my first time using him in this location,did an entire house walk through but Harold serviced my last house. Excellent technician.

From the very first phone call to the final treatment, the service was outstanding. When I first needed treatment, I had just come home from major neck surgery. I was on strict rest orders and unable to lift more than 5 pounds. That’s when I discovered bugs in my apartment. While he advised I would need to clean up more before we could begin treatment, he said it with compassion and never made me feel judged. I was doing the best I could with my physical limitations, and he respected that. The second technician who came out was even more supportive. He went above and beyond to treat my apartment to the best of his ability and offered helpful advice without any pressure. He returned a week later for the final treatment and again, was kind, professional, and reassuring. I was nervous making such a big financial decision—especially because my landlord refused to help and this was entirely out of pocket for me. I was afraid of being taken advantage of because of my situation. But this company earned my trust. They treated me with empathy and respect when I needed it most.
