New customer to biolawn this year. My expectations so far have not been met. Bought the fertilizer and weed control package. My assumption is they spray for weed control BEFORE it's a major problem but I've been told over multiple calls my area is not yet scheduled for the broad leaf control (dandelions and creeping charlie). So basically they'll address the issue after it happens. I figured lawn services get ahead of issues before they happen so you have a nice looking lawn. I'm willing to adjust my rating should this get resolved but so far, my lawn and i are not happy and I've been told they'll be out at some unknown time in the future for the next application. Seems from the pictures the time is now, or actually the time was a few weeks ago so these problems wouldn't be so out of control. Edit. Spoke to manager Dennis today who was very receptive to my concerns and assured me the experience I've had is not as intended. They'll be out in the next day or two which I think is responsive customer service. He also provided insight into how their weed control works versus my expectation which was great to learn, could have been better to know beforehand. Ultimately time will tell, but I've adjusted up one star at the moment for good customer service from the manager Dennis. I'll plan to post follow pictures a couple of weeks after the treatment so the results can be appreciated. New edit. It's been a couple weeks and the lawn is looking better. I've cut it a couple of times and as you can see in the pictures the weeds are dying. I can't hold biolawn accountable for the quality of my lawn, minus the weeds, during the first season of using them, and would have been nice to have no weeds to start, but definitely it appears the products used work well. No problems for my dog. I'll be curious to see what the next month or so brings. Increased review another star and added a few pictures of the progress. Final edit. After some time my lawn is looking good and the creeping charlie issue is gone. No dandelions are reappearing. I appreciate the response from biolawn to make things right and provide good customer service. Attached are a couple new/recent photos showing my lawn looking much better than before. Happy with results.

It has been over 6-7 years since I have been a customer of Biolawn. Our lawn is the best on the block. I will only use non toxic products for my yard. It is a bit more in cost but now the maintenance on the lawn is minimal and I am respecting all wildlife and the environment. My lawn has recovered well from grubs I had 2 years ago with their help. If there are issues, they are very quick to assist. Great customer service from the main office, to the field workers and techs.Dennis has been professional and very responsive to any of my concerns. Grant is our favourite tech . Thank you!

My service technician at Biolawn provides a 10 out of 10 each time he services my yard. Not only does he go above and beyond on his service, his knowledge of what my lawn's needs are and memory of past visits is great. I enjoy the time he takes discussing my lawns needs and maintenence. Highly recommend Justin and Biolawn!

We have had BioLawn for years and are highly appreciative of their expertise and customer service. With their services, we have a thicker, greener lawn, free of weeds. Jeremy, our technician, comes out every time and is efficient with his work, answers any questions and provides great results. Would definitely recommend BioLawn.

Bio-Lawn and their team are fantastic. Tino was recently at my house and I’ve had other techs as well and they all do a great job with communicating when they will be at the house and then share everything they did when they were done. We couldn’t be happier with Bio-Lawn. Thank you for a great summer season.

We just had Matt out from BioLawn to aerate and he did a fantastic job. He took time to answer our questions and was great. We love BioLawn and really appreciate their techs. We hope to see Matt again next year too!

James did an outstanding job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the fertilization/weed control application would do. The service was very thorough, and my lawn already looks healthier. Highly recommend!
