I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NextGen. They’re subcontracted by my community, yet after four separate maintenance requests about a severe roach infestation, nothing has been effectively treated. Each visit has been careless and unprofessional. They left multiple insect trap and moisture boxes scattered across my countertop—not even set up properly, just tossed there as if my home wasn’t worth the basic courtesy or effort. At this point, the infestation is still ongoing, and the so-called "treatments" have done absolutely nothing to improve the situation. This has been a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of respect for residents and our living conditions.

Roberto from NextGen did a great job with pest control in our home. We have been seeing the occasional roach come in from outside and he was very thorough in treating the exterior and interior and explaining how the treatment works. We opted for a one time treatment for $179 this time.

Roberto from NextGen pest control was very informative, proactive, and personable, as well as efficient but comprehensive. He listened to my concerns, checked common issue areas, and provided a clear plan for next steps when communicating with my apartment leasing office.
