Orthedis provided outstanding pest control service. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan and safety precautions. He worked efficiently, addressed all concerns, and left the area clean. Results were excellent — pests were reduced quickly. I highly recommend Orthedis and would gladly use his services again.

Even in rooms with more clutter, he was patient, respectful, and never made me feel judged. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of thoroughly. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with Moxie.

Salesperson will knock on your door, telling all the benefits and services they will provide, don't believe them. I had service with them for more than 4 months and I have a new wasp nest right below my roof (not mentioning roaches, centipedes, and other insects in my house). When I called to cancel the service for the lack of result, they charged me with $299 for early termination fee which I wasn't even aware of. I made a mistake by being naive and not being careful to review the terms, but the way salesperson approaches you, saying "we are coming out to your area soon for the job and if you sign up today we will give you x% of discount", is the way they get you signed up and get you locked in to their contract. When you see salesperson at your door rushing you to sign up for the service, just be careful and make sure you read all the terms and send them home before paying them right away.
