Turn water on to fill container and never turned it off for hours before I realized it hearing it in bedroom and bathroom. Brooks has consistently impressed me since I switched over. Today’s service and termite inspection was no different. Kyler was early for our appointment but communicated well though I wasn’t quite home. He was patient and meticulous with his inspection and gave pointers on how I could safe guard my house from other pest plus get the most out of my existing Brooks monthly treatments by re-explaining service guarantees and treatment timing options. Kyler is stellar in customer service and a wonderful asset to Brooks.

The service technician was knowledgeable and very thorough! He explained the process beforehand and then educated me on how to minimize pests afterwards. I’m sitting on my deck as I write this review, thanks to Brooks. I won’t have to avoid my outdoor spaces anymore.

My Technician’s name was Devin! From start to finish Devin was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the job that he came to service me with. He was friendly and detail oriented in his responses to my questions. He made me feel very comfortable that my issue would be taken care of and it gave me great comfort in knowing that I was sent such a professional and knowledgeable tech! My technician was Bryan, and while the window of arrival was between 0800-1100, he was there promptly at 8 to give me a run-down of the service, expectations, things to look out for and more. He also assisted in removing at least 30 wasps from my attic that had found a way in sometime during the summer months and was extremely helpful in teaching me how to best mitigate such problems in the future. His service and professionalism were impeccable.
