Paid $12,349 for one time fumigation for dry wood termites. 22 Kennedy downtown Charleston SC. Instead of using the heavy green and yellow canvas tarps like they advertise in their pictures, mine was cheap plastic from Home Depot previously used with holes in it. They refused to correct it but said if I see the termites again with in a year, they would spot treat at their discretion. Not good!

Marcus is a professional, communicates through the whole process and is very thorough! His knowledge, insight and suggestions were unmatched by any other company that we have dealt with over the years. He was 100% invested in tossing out crawl space of pests. I have been using Gregory Pest Solutions for years for my quarterly pest control and I have been extremely satisfied with their service. I have to give a big shout out to Crystal who has been my technician now for a year or two. She goes above and beyond to make sure that any and all issues are well taken care of. Gregory Pest Control could always use more people like Crystal. She has excellent communication skills and does a great job each and every visit.

Spoke with a tech by the name of Nicholas L. He was very kind and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He really made me feel confident in the process and I felt that he was knowledgeable. Highly recommend these folks and their services to anyone!

My experience with Gregory Pest Solutions is terrible. I went through the online account creation that is clearly designed so a human doesn’t have to be paid to answer a phone and set up a new account. So, I go thru the online account nonsense to setup my own account also verify the account, then I immediately receive an invoice for service not yet even scheduled. I complain via email because god forbid a human answer a phone and am assured that we will hear from our technician "as soon as we are scheduled." I login and check the account several days later to see that we are, in fact, scheduled though I have received no notifications of an appointment via text, call or email. I made it very clear we wanted to be present for our first appointment yet our assigned technician by the name of Richard Easterling Jr. had not contacted us as we had been assured he would. The appointment is scheduled for the following business day yet we have heard from no one… how awesome for Gregory Pest Solutions to assume the day you have randomly selected for us is convenient! Here’s a novel concept- allow your customers to choose and schedule their own appointments at a time and on a day convenient to them vs. assuming we will be available to wait around all day for your technician to potentially show up. Further, having to login to see whether or not we even have an appointment after days of frustration AND already receiving a bill for a service we have yet to receive is enough to let me know that Gregory Pest Solutions is not for us. Their poor business model and "hands off" approach is tedious and annoying, not to mention most people do not appreciate receiving a bill for a service that has not even been scheduled. There are many other extermination services in the Charleston area that offer personal, friendly and professional services- I suggest anyone seeking extermination services look elsewhere. Btw, I had a very pleasant and professional phone conversation with Terminix that took less than 3 minutes to schedule a service. Gregory Pest Solutions makes simple things difficult and while they are clearly quick to send an invoice, they are painfully slow on actually providing service. Two thumbs way down

John York is loyal to our residents and property. Even though we are very small, he treats us as priority. Even when he was on vacation away from the states, he responded to my call and assisted us with our needs. That's dedication you can't get even at Walmart. Thanks John and Thanks Gregory.

Very disappointed in what this company has become. They bought out our mom and pop company Arms Pest and there is always a problem. Recommends: plan in advance notice for customers that request this to due to their own demands, answer questions, answer your phones and actually have a supervisor call when requested three times.
